Can I sign up for a text message subscription if I do not live within the United States?
Currently, our text message subscription is valid for the United States and Canada. If you live outside of the United States and Canada, you can sign up for a US or Canadian forwarding number with one of many providers within your country. Some of our overseas subscribers use text forwarding apps such as TextNow, Google Voice, and APK.
I signed up for a text message subscription but it has been more than 2 business days and I have not received anything, what should I do?
A very common problem is that some mobile carriers will flag certain text messages as spam. First try contacting your mobile carrier to disable any spam blocks. If you still are not receiving text messages, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include your full name, mobile number where you would like to receive your texts, and your order number or screenshot of payment receipt. Be sure to check your spam. Another common issue is that many people sign up not realizing their current email address is not their primary email address on their Paypal account; all correspondence will only be sent to the primary Paypal email account. If your Paypal account is an unverified account, we may request more information from you before we enable your subscription. Please be sure to verify your Paypal account in order to avoid any delays.
Why am I not charged on the 1st of every month?
When you sign up for any subscription or trial, the timer begins immediately. If you sign up for a 30 day subscription, you will automatically be billed again in 30 days. If you sign up for a 3 day trial, you will be billed for the regular rate immediately after your trial ends. Upon signing up, Paypal will display the current charge amount, the next charge amount, and the date to be charged.
Can I choose when my subscription starts?
No, billing will start immediately. In order to begin receiving text messages by a certain date, it is advised that you sign up 1-2 business day before the date that you would like to begin.
I noticed prices have increased or decreased, does that mean I will pay more or less?
The pricing of your subscription will remain the same unless you cancel your subscription. If you are on a subscription that costs $100 but there is a price increase to $150 in the future, you will be continued to be billed at a rate of $100 unless you cancel your subscription.
If I cancel my subscription and return in the future, can I be charged the old rate if there was a price increase?
From time to time, prices may go up or down. If you are on a higher rate but we are advertising a lower rate, you can cancel your current subscription and sign up for the lower rate; please keep in mind that your canceled subscription will not be prorated or refunded. If you canceled your subscription and the prices went up, you will have to pay the current rate.

As I was putting in a trade, price started to get away from me and costs more, should I jump in right away or should I wait?
We do not provide specific advice, our text messages only notify you of what we are opening and closing therefore it is ultimately up to you to decide what you want to do and therefore your results may deviate from our performance.
I copied a trade and noticed that the price went through my sell trader order but my order wasn't filled, what should I do?
We do not provide specific advice, due to the limitations of options contracts, our only suggestion is to also place a notification if price goes through the targeted price so that you can decide on how you would like to handle the situation.
If I have an open day trade, should I close it out at the end of day?
Everything is done at your own discretion. All texts sent out are based on trades which we take and on some occasions, we choose to hold trades overnight. Unless there is a trade marked as SC, it is assumed that we are still holding the trade.
If an option is expiring the same day, you should close them out yourself before expiration unless you are OK with your broker exercising the options for you.
I have questions about trades that have been alerted, how do I contact you?
Unfortunately, we do not provide any custom advice for our alert subscriptions. Our alerts are based on trades which we take and nothing else. If there are questions about a specific alert, please ask within our Facebook group.
